How are you feeling? What are you thinking? What do you know? What are you doing? In all these, perspective is key. It's okay to be having a mix of feelings in a particular season of your life. It's okay to feel the weight of emotions, eventually they're telling you something that you need to pay attention to. It's okay to experience your feelings even as you challenge yourself to take the next step. It's okay to not be okay.
