This week, we have with us Ms. Mahamedhaa Nagar - a social activist, and former secretary of the Delhi University Students' Union. She has been working with Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad, and was the youngest Indian delegate at the former SAARCSummit (2016), She represented India as the Youth Women Leader in the Study at United States (2015) and has been a speaker at India Today Conclave (2016). Mahamedhaa also appeared in MTV RoadiesX4, a youth-based popular reality television show on MTV India. Tune in to know more!

We gather to celebrate their journey and seek answers that are bold and empowering for the listeners. This week, we have with us Ms. Bhavna Bhave Tokekar, with our host Soumya. At the age of 47, Ms. Tokekar, a mother of two teenagers, has won four gold medals at the Open Asian Powerlifting Championships of AWPC/WPC at Chelyabinsk in Russia. Ms. Tokekar has bagged three gold medals at the World Powerlifting Championship held in Moscow. In Russia, she competed with 500 players in U67.5 Masters 2 Category and won the Gold medal in full powerlifting raw and bench. With a world record of bench press, she has made India proud. She also features in the upcoming book of Poorna Bell titled-Stronger. Tune in to hear this inspirational story!
