The Rohingya Refugee Crisis In Bangladesh
The Rohingya people (a Muslim minority in Myanmar) were forcibly removed in an ethnic cleansing campaign from the Buddhist-majority Myanmar in 2017, and most of them ended up as refugees in Bangladesh. The refugees are now facing overcrowding, mass restrictions in camps, cell service bans, and a threat of relocation to a flood and cyclone prone island.
