Wheeeew Chile, in this audio diary, as I deeply reflect on why I lack in setting boundaries and why I lack in having self-worth sometimes, stemming from some childhood experiences. I have been humbled once again 😩😭 It’s still uncomfortable being vulnerable or “telling my business” publicly, but talking to myself and sharing it here is helping me and will continue helping me grow stronger in my self-worth and identity . ❤️

Audio Diaries- Am I Lonely or Do I Have Standards ?

Sometimes social media is good for self reflection because those two reels helped me to come to this realization lololol. And it just happen to be right on time because lately every where I turn, I’m reminded of how much I actually want a relationship and to connect with whoever my person is. But, I shouldn’t allow that feeling to have me settle for what’s below my these new standards and boundaries that I have implemented, so that I can have the healthy relationship that I desire <3.

This is just me rambling and talking myself into getting back into my podcast endeavors. I was recently inspired by J.Cole starting an Audio Series. I still haven’t worked out all of the details yet but come along with me on this journey while I figure it out lol. I’m just being obedient to my gifts and I think this new Audio Diaries Series will help me stay consistent.
