Krystina Pearson-Rampeearee is a multi-award winning Chartered Engineer and STEM Ambassador who works as an Engineering Delivery Lead and Early Careers Lead at BAE Systems, creates content on social media and owns her own small business, AviateHer. She studied Aerospace Systems Engineering at the University of the West of England and became the first engineer in her family. She is passionate about encouraging and inspiring more young people to consider STEM careers. In this episode, Krystina talks about how not getting her predicted grades at GCSE didn't stop her from becoming an engineer, what she does day to day and why she wants to encourage others to follow in her footsteps. @aviateher / @K_Ramps

His research focuses on harnessing the therapeutic potential of small extracellular vesicles, tiny packages released by cells that can be used as vehicles to deliver valuable therapeutic cargo for protecting and repairing the nervous system after spinal cord injury. In this episode, Jamie speaks about how he went from being a naughty school kid to a postdoc researcher in Miami.
