We're really excited to be joined by our ambassador, Radio 1 journalist, Shiona McCallum, TV presenter Gail Porter, our youth champion Dean and See Me Proud champion Drew, as they sit down to discuss how small things can help to tackle stigma and discrimination. The four are chatting about their own mental health and what has really made a difference to them.

Saving Lives

In the last of our Journey of a Social Movement series we are joined by Kevin O Neill, the NHS Distress Brief Intervention programme manger, who is talking about the work he has been involved with in supporting people who are in distress. Kevin also chats about his involvement in See Me, and work to tackle stigma across Scotland, since See Me first started in 2002.
