Heath and Mollie talk with viral TikTok police officer Nate Sylvester. He posted a video that exploded after he called out NBA superstar Lebron James for a tweet he made about a police officer who shot a black woman who was trying to stab another black woman. They get his take on his video and what has happened since going viral. Officer Sylvester is on a mission to humanize police officers to help bridge the gap between the boys in blue and the general public.

This week Heath and Mollie talk with reality tv show Tough As Nails season two winner and TikTok celebrity Scott D. Henry and his amazing wife Holly D. Henry. We talk about the Merediths or "Trolls" on social media. If you have seen Scott and Holly's videos you know they are all about positivity and good vibes. Even they get Merediths that try to ruin their message. This is a fun one!

Improv Meredith

This week Heath and Mollie talk with special guests Sean Hancock and Austin Von Johnson. Sean has been performing improv and sketch comedy for almost 20 years and owns his own performance theatre the Creative Space in Boise, ID.  Austin is also a very skilled actor and improviser. He also has been seen in numerous films and commercials.  We talk about the life of being an actor and how the art of improv has shape us into the people we are today. And obviously we talk about some of the Merediths we've experienced along the way.

This week Heath and Mollie talk with professional dancer Riqi Olander. She has a long line of credentials including winning the tv competition show Americas Best Dance Crew.  She's been on Oprah and Ellen three times. She has also worked on So You Think You Can Dance and the Emmy's.  We talk about the world of dance and what its like starting in a small town in Idaho and working her way up to the big stages in LA. Also talking about the misconceptions of different styles of dances.
