A Jackson woman was bound over to a Clarke County grand jury on a reckless manslaughter charge following a preliminary hearing on Tuesday. Natasha Washington is charged with fatally shooting Marcus Robinson at a residence on Walker Springs Road on March 28. District Judge J.R. Morgan found there was enough evidence to send the case to the grand jury for a possible criminal indictment. Jackson Police Department detective Ron Baggette testified that officers were called to the scene and when he arrived, he found Robinson’s body on the ground covered with a sheet that a neighbor had put over him....
