Imraan Khan is a former South African cricketer who played domestic cricket and captained the Dolphins. He also captained his country at under 19 level. The Dolphins have experienced much success over recent years and the culture seems to be one entrenched in discipline and hard work. Imraan has also been coaching the South Africa A side and he is currently the head coach of the Hollywoodbets Dolphins. In this talk, we look at how a coach finds the balance between expectations of players and coaches and how a coach aims to get the players to the next level.  We also look at a few of the Dolphins players who are in the South Africa squad.
