Marshall talks about his amazing career playing and recording with such iconic artists as Miles Davis, Roberta Flack, Herbie Hancock, and many more. He also speaks about his founding of the Jazz program at the Idyllwild Arts Academy, the prestigious performing arts high school in Idyllwild California, which led to the creation of the Jazz In The Pines Jazz Festival, a world renowned 30 year music festival. Savage also gets Dr. Hawkins to speak about the upcoming documentary on his life as a musician and educator.
