The Strength Movement
The Strength Movement is a new podcast hosted by Dr. Amar Parekh PT, DPT, a performance based physical therapist specializing in athletes and sports recovery. Our mission is to share the stories of our athletes, educate our listeners on new rehab strategies and research, and build a stronger, more resilient community. Episode 4 features friend, former powerlifter, and current competitive strongman, Scott Sherman. Scott is not only an amateur quickly rising through the ranks, he has trained with some of the best coaches in the world at what they do.
