In this season, we’re taking on a 30-Day Gym Challenge to strengthen our bodies and a 21-Day Fast to discipline our spirits. Together, these challenges will train us to deny ourselves, embrace godly discipline, and prepare us to step fully into the calling God has placed on our lives. This isn’t just about fitness or food—it’s about becoming men who are strong in body, steadfast in spirit, and surrendered to Christ.
