Mike Kurtz and Tyler Back were destined to join forces. They both aspired to apply their media production training to the corporate video sector rather than the silver screen. Before graduating in 1990, Mike started his long career at the University of Dayton in the Business School's new, high-end video studio. After graduating from the Savannah College of Art and Design 16 years later, Tyler started his own digital experience agency. As members of the same professional media organization in Dayton, their paths crossed continually.

After producing videos for Northeastern and Harvard, Mike Mazzanti is now doing incredible work for University of Colorado Health. Two videos he produced this year won Heartland Emmy Awards. For so many of Mike's projects, the interview is the video. If he can't get the subject to relax and open up, he won't have a compelling story.
