Invalidating Black Experiences

The business owner, Star started the boutique because she wanted to give women a chance to feel beautiful with clothes just as she does. Noel’s Exotic Boutique appeals to all sizes and shapes. Fun fact: Noel is Star’s middle name and it was also her father's so she wanted to honor her late father.
