episode 13. Using Faith To Embody The Infinite Potential Of The Void artwork

13. Using Faith To Embody The Infinite Potential Of The Void

In this episode of The Voice That Sees, we explore what the sacred space of the void is and how you can use it to transform during a period of spiritual transformation and rebirth. Often, the void can be used to dream up visions we think we want but may be coming from the ego when they stem from a place of inadequacy. However, when you allow yourself to be transformed by God, you may notice that you are being transformed in ways you did not know to ask for. Through deep surrender, you may find yourself praying differently and letting go of the vision you thought you wanted so a greater vision can be birthed through you. Some of the beautiful attributes that become activated during the void are patience, mastery, confidence, trust and faith. When faith is acted upon, that connection to the divine then becomes faith in motion.   The invitation here is to ask yourself some of the bigger questions during these transitory moments: * What can you let go of to become more of who you are destined to be? * Are you trying to force something to come through or is it something that is slowly opening up inside of you? * Who are you outside of titles, achievements, and accomplishments? * What comes up for you when you hear the word “destiny?”   Website: https://theyogamovementnyc.com/ [https://theyogamovementnyc.com/] Private Mentorship: https://theyogamovementnyc.com/love-your-life/ [https://theyogamovementnyc.com/love-your-life/] Instagram: @theyogamovement [https://www.instagram.com/theyogamovement/] Instagram (poetry & musings): @musingsbybeenapatel [https://www.instagram.com/musingsbybeenapatel/] YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@theyogamovementnyc [https://www.youtube.com/@theyogamovementnyc] Insight Timer: Beena Patel - Teacher On Insight Timer [https://insig.ht/UDsy32rVbYb?utm_source=copy_link&utm_medium=content] LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/beenapatelpa/ [https://www.linkedin.com/in/beenapatelpa/]

episode 12. The Transformative Power Of Grief artwork

12. The Transformative Power Of Grief

In this episode, we dive into the transformative power of grief, which can be a complex emotion that helps to open up inner worlds that we had yet to discover when we are willing to shed former identities and versions that no longer serve us on our path. Whether you are navigating the loss of a loved one or going through a life transition such as divorce or the end of an era with a career path, that opening often brings up a period of grieving for a world that no longer exists. If you can sit with the emotions that come up in this space and be present with yourself, you may find that grief is transforming you and helping you uncover more of your authentic self. And even beyond that, if you can hold space for that much grief, you can also hold space for that much unconditional love. Grief is similar to a passageway that leads to more love and acceptance on the other side. And before you know it, a new world emerges from deep within you followed by a new reality in the external world.   This episode is also a tribute to my late maternal grandmother who leaves a beautiful legacy of love among her family, village and loved ones—a heart that gave so generously and abundantly, eyes that naturally pierced through the shadows, and a presence that welcomed you without expectations. Thank you Ba for all the wisdom and teachings you have instilled in me. Most importantly, thank you for your treasure chest of love.   Website: https://theyogamovementnyc.com/ [https://theyogamovementnyc.com/] Private Mentorship: https://theyogamovementnyc.com/love-your-life/ [https://theyogamovementnyc.com/love-your-life/] Instagram: @theyogamovement [https://www.instagram.com/theyogamovement/] Instagram: @musingsbybeenapatel [https://www.instagram.com/musingsbybeenapatel/] YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@theyogamovementnyc [https://www.youtube.com/@theyogamovementnyc] Insight Timer: Beena Patel - Teacher On Insight Timer [https://insig.ht/UDsy32rVbYb?utm_source=copy_link&utm_medium=content] LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/beenapatelpa/ [https://www.linkedin.com/in/beenapatelpa/]

episode 11. To Be A Powerful Woman artwork

11. To Be A Powerful Woman

It's the first episode of 2026 and we're entering this new year, cycle and era in alignment and power with this potent conversation around leadership and owning your authority by being true to who you are. Power in its true essence is not performative but authentic. It allows people to move forward in an empowered way and with clarity and precision. When power becomes performative, it's often hiding something underneath such as fears or doubts. This conversation invites women — particularly bold, ambitious and mission-driven women — to remember that it is safe to be powerful, to release outdated ways of being, to let go of attachments that may be holding you back. And to step into this new cycle ready to create the positive impact you are here to make by first honoring your authenticity. This is a beautiful invitation to delve into the deeper inquiries of life including what is the legacy and the kind of impact you intend to make in your lifetime and beyond.   Website: https://theyogamovementnyc.com/ [https://theyogamovementnyc.com/] Private Mentorship: https://theyogamovementnyc.com/love-your-life/ [https://theyogamovementnyc.com/love-your-life/] Instagram: @theyogamovement [https://www.instagram.com/theyogamovement/] Instagram: @musingsbybeenapatel [https://www.instagram.com/musingsbybeenapatel/] YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@theyogamovementnyc [https://www.youtube.com/@theyogamovementnyc] Insight Timer: Beena Patel - Teacher On Insight Timer [https://insig.ht/UDsy32rVbYb?utm_source=copy_link&utm_medium=content] LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/beenapatelpa/ [https://www.linkedin.com/in/beenapatelpa/]
