It's about helping others in need of help. If you see someone wanting help treat them, the way you would like others to treat you

ONLY God Can heal and help you out.

I was born in Africa and i wasn't always believing in God, he wasn't my choice to ask for anything but every time When I found myself in trouble i seemed to call God out of the blue asking for his help. So yes, deep inside our senses we know God but we choose only to when we are in need.
