If youve ever had people comment on your food choices, your body or your life in general and always felt like you could never speak up for yourself. We are diving deep into all of that how this comes back to childhood, being a ‘good girl’, people pleasing & abandoning ourselves. How all of these then lead us to using food to cope with uncomfortable emotions and not expressing ourselves authentically. I loved this episode because all of these things I have struggled with and now understand how these massively impacted the relationship I had with food but also with myself.
