The Coach Already Knows

I want to tell you something that might completely change the way you look at youth hockey. The coach already knows. Maybe not everything. Coaches aren't perfect. We make mistakes. But the very best coaches aren't evaluating what parents think they're evaluating. And that's where the misunderstanding begins. Most parents watch one thing. Their own child. Coaches?
