episode Two Passions: Baseball and Hunting With Daniel Bard cover

Two Passions: Baseball and Hunting With Daniel Bard

In this episode of the White Oak Collective Podcast, we get a chance to catch up with Colorado Rockies Pitcher Daniel Bard. Daniel has had one heck of an MLB career and we get to talk a little about the adversity he faced throughout his career, what it's like pitching in Fenway, and being an "old guy" in a young mans game. Outside of baseball, Daniel loves hunting. He got his start hunting deer and ducks in the Mississippi Delta and now owns his own property in South Carolina that he is managing for whitetails. We get to talk about how he transitioned form a "trophy hunter" to more of a land/habitat manager. I think my favorite thing we talked about might be the story of his first turkey kill. You don't want to miss that one. We hope you enjoy and don't forget to like and subscribe.
