We continue our summer series, When in Romans. We’re in the midst of Paul’s eighth chapter to the Romans, one of the greatest chapters he or anyone else wrote. Last week we read the beginning of the chapter, the introduction. Now the middle part of the chapter today is about the son and the spirit, suffering and glory. It explains that we redeemed humans have an active, decisive role to play within God’s purpose of renewing the original good creation.
