How to Overcome Fear

Anxiety, worry, distress, panic and agitation. Whatever you call it, fear effects us all, can come from anywhere and can completly overtake our lives. Despite this, the bible repeats the phrase "Do not fear" 365 times, including when Jesus tells us that He has overcome the world.
