"Why are we even doing this?" Good question. Have you ever asked yourself why you were doing what you were doing? Well, if your question is about Mental Illness then this is the discussion for you. We start discussing what, you first need to decide what, before you know why, or when, but hopefully you know who. This is a playful discussion about recovery and kind of what it looks like. We are a father/daughter duo and our superpower is making you laugh about something you should not feel guilty/bad/self-conscience/about. If you're in crisis, hopefully, we can help.
