Gratitude. To be honest, I have always been a bit sceptical of gratitude as an approach to mental health, because it felt to me like another way of getting someone to dismiss their feelings: "Ah don't feel that way, just be grateful."That isn't my take on it any more and I am grateful for that (see what I did there).
