This Life Gets Good
In this episode, I'm sharing something really personal from an experience during the fall of 2024 that I never want to relive but am so grateful happened. For the first time in my life I experienced debilitating joint pain that traveled through my entire body, had me sleeping 30-45 minutes a night for weeks. All while selling my home, moving, running my business, and raising two boys on my own. What came out of that season was one of the most important skills I believe every woman over 40 needs to develop — knowing how to advocate for your body, speak up when you're not getting the right support, and not let good girl conditioning keep you stuck and suffering.
