Detach, Heal & Choose Love

Around the same time, a book unexpectedly found its way into my hands, and one simple sentence — "It doesn't have to be this way" — opened up a whole new perspective. It inspired me to let go of attachment, lean deeper into self-love, and allow life to unfold without needing to control every outcome. I also take you back to my early twenties and one of the biggest changes I ever made in my life — a journey that reminded me of my inner strength and my ability to create the life I desire, even during the most challenging seasons. The Most Beautiful Birthday & Building Self-Trust

I can’t believe I got to celebrate my 35th birthday surrounded by some of my favorite people on this island. It truly became one of the most beautiful celebrations I could have imagined 💖 My heart is still overflowing with gratitude. I also dive into the topic of self-trust — what it means to me, why I believe it is the foundation of both self-esteem and inner safety, and how I’m currently on my own journey of building deeper trust in myself.
