On anger ..

I've been feeling so much anger lately. And before I know it, I found myself journaling about it . In this episode I’m touching up on what it means to be angry , and why we should hold on to this emotion and not try to erase it or suppress it. In this episode, I'm mostly thinking out loud, and so, the transposed thoughts you will find are in the exact order in which they occurred in my head . As I said it all started as a journaling thing, but then the itch to share won over, and I guess in publicizing these very thoughts, I'm trying to make use of my anger and give it another recipient. I hope I succeeded at doing so .

'شو يعني مراة ؟ ' One viral sound ( will be played at the beginning ) prompted the idea of this podcast episode. Im not suggesting new ideas to try to convince you of , I’m not giving my two cents either. I’m only sharing a smattering of thoughts regarding one of the topics that cross my mind not so rarely , most of which happen to be women related ones .
