You have to look at the thoughts, beliefs, and patterns you've been holding onto — and consciously decide what stays and what goes. Because here's the truth: you get to choose your thoughts, your thoughts create your feelings, and your feelings shape who you become. I walk you through the GRACE Model to help you do exactly that: G — Ground yourself so you can show up present and clear R — Recognize the emotions that are coming up for you A — Accept those emotions without judgment or resistance C — Connect to who you and God want you to be E — Embody the woman you've chosen to become The closet doesn't clean itself — and neither does the mind. But once you do the work, you get to fill it back up with only what you love.
