Description

Did you know the Postal Service launched USPS ZONE in July of 2021? Coming up on its 3rd anniversary this summer, the program is for Executive and Administrative Schedule (EAS) postal employees who enjoy promoting the organization’s products and services on social media. The voluntary program — the first of its kind in the entire federal government — allows employees to share the organization’s stamp promotions, package tips, hiring events, postage fraud, and postal crime education, and more on their personal social media accounts using preapproved content. Participants get to choose which USPS-approved content they would like to sshare and even suggest postal content of their own through the “Submit a Post” tab which is easily accessible to ZONE members only. USPS ZONE is designed to encourage professional networks, friends, and family to use the Postal Service through ZONE members sharing valuable and factual information on social media.
