This week I got to talk with coach, hypnotherapist, healer and speaker, Anitha Johny. As a trauma informed specialist, she shared actionable steps to letting go of the deep seeded, trauma causing emotions we experience and shed light on how we can control our thoughts to prevent our own internal destructive tendencies.
