episode "Changed for Good": A Conversation with Caroline (Ryan) Holenstein '13 cover

Description

In this episode, we are joined by 2013 Saint Mary’s alumna, Caroline (Ryan) Holenstein, whose journey has been shaped by service, resilience, and the power of meaningful relationships. Caroline began her career as a nurse before facing a life-altering breast cancer diagnosis in her late twenties. Through that experience, she learned to navigate uncertainty and hold onto hope. Now cancer-free, a wife, and a mother, Caroline lives with a perspective that has truly changed her for good. She finds joy in the everyday and embracing each moment with gratitude and grace. Her story reflects so much of what it means to be a Belle: faith, strength, and trusting your inner voice, and we’re so grateful she’s here to share it.
