Way Of Being
This episode challenges the idea that people push our buttons and instead argues that we each have our own emotional button board. This button board is built throughout our lives from our experiences and values. When something triggers a button, it's because that experience or value has made us sensitive to that situation. By understanding our button board, we can take more control of our emotions and even remove some buttons altogether. Ask someone close to you what buttons you might have to gain a better understanding of your own emotional triggers.
