"Transformation"

Transforming can be difficult, excruciating, painful, but it can be the driving force that brings you to the next level! I’m currently going through another transformation process, and I detail some of the things that are going on. Do not be afraid to change as if you want to be better, you NEED change. "Detachment"

Welcome BACK to the Cast-ket! Welcome to Episode 8 and this time we’re talking about "Detachment". Often times, letting go of things that gives us joy are hard. Sometimes it’s actually a good thing to let go of things that were initially bad for us, but now there’s a sense of freedom. Whatever the case may be, DETACHMENT should not only be perceived as a bad thing. Sometimes letting go is the best decision that can be made. Sometimes having the mindset of “nothing last forever“ or “this is temporary“ can be a saving grace and a healthy mindset for navigating through life‘s many obstacles, journeys, people, and experiences.
