We're Not the Experts - Episode 23

Hello again! Join us today as we jump into another week of exciting news and interesting discussion. Other than the announcement at the beginning, we talk a lot about work, money, and relationships. While those can be taboo subjects to talk about at work or family get-togethers, we have an open and respectful conversation instead. Unfortunately, we are missing the audio recording of next week's episode where Brit and I recorded in-person for the first time. But we will make it up to you by releasing the next guest episode! Well hello again, long time no see! It has definitely been a busy few months, but we are glad to be back for a little end-of-year conversation. Since this was recorded a few (see: 6) months ago, we started by talking about the "recent" Apple announcement with all the exciting new features that have since been released. Then we get into personal spending habits, and some other habits we noticed of ourselves and each other at home and at work. Then we end the episode with some light-hearted discussions on time travel and our pet peeves. Overall, we're excited to be back, and we can't wait to show what's in store for the weeks to come! We start off talking a bit about the trucking industry and Drey’s experience owning a trucking company. Then we get his insight on meeting Briton’s family, comedic interest, and other interesting things he enjoys. Afterwards, we dive into some deeper topics like good vs bad questions, getting married, believing in ghosts and/or aliens, and our experience with racism. Then we look back to our time in the military and introducing some easter eggs in the products we made. And lastly we get into some heavier topics like the potential AI takeover/singularity, consequences of the speed of light, the equations of Newton and Einstein, and end the show with a hypothetical on providing a DNA sample.
