In this first episode, I had the pleasure of talking to David Palazuelos; West Coast Sales Manager for Algrano, a direct-trade platform working with roasters and producers all over the world. David started his coffee career as a barista who worked his way up to management, has been involved in barista competitions, both as a competitor and judge, as well as consulting in the RTD space.
