The Gift You Did Not Ask For: How to Use Discomfort as a Tool

You were never promised a comfortable calling. You were promised presence in the uncomfortable one. Discomfort is the evidence of the edge — and the edge is where growth happens. Tool 3 — Discomfort as a Faith Indicator The steps that require the most faith are almost always the most uncomfortable. That stretch is not a warning. It is the texture of trust being exercised. The specific one that has been sitting quietly in the back of your awareness. Then ask God these three questions: 1. What are you trying to show me through this? 2.
