The full story of Odin’s free birth is finally here! I chose to birth my first baby free from medical interventions, in full trust and surrender to this ancient and natural process. He was sunny side up, which likely would’ve led to a cascade of interventions in the medical system, as this supposedly makes labour longer and harder, and increases chances of tearing. I am so glad I listened to my intuition and tapped into my body’s ancient wisdom. My body knew exactly how to move, breathe, vocalise and push to bring my baby earthside.
