The kind of faith that pleases God is faith that starts with God—faith that depends on His promises and rests in His unchanging nature. It is not blind faith, not mystical faith, not hopeful wishing. It is a clear-eyed trust in the God who speaks, the God who acts, and the God who keeps His word. That’s what we see in the woman from Mark 5. She had suffered for years, exhausted every option, and found no help. But when she heard about Jesus, she didn’t just hope He might heal her—she believed.

The Challenge is Real, but God is Greater

The challenges we face in life are real. They can strengthen our faith or slowly weaken it—but in every moment, God is greater than the challenges before us. He faithfully helps us navigate the temptations and pressures of life so that our response brings honor and glory to Him. As we walk through seasons of difficulty, may we choose to walk by faith. May we hold fast to this truth: though the challenge is real, our God is greater still.
