About Woodend Primary School Radio
The students of Woodend Primary School bring the school to you, the listener. They present school news as well as perform radio plays for your pleasure. Each week they feature an interview with a special guest from the school or a local member of the community. We also have our resident scientists who will share interesting facts from what they have been learning in the classroom.

We catch up with our story crew who perform a Year 2’s creative writing piece and finally, we reveal our next teacher on the Teacher Feature. Who will it be?
The Senior Unit is currently working in conjunction with our local radio station, 100.7 Highlands FM, to produce student-led radio shows. This is a program offered to our Year 5 students and requires plenty of different skills. In this episode our students delight and entertain with variety. They even manage to interview our Principal for the first episode.
