It’s the breakthroughs that get me every time I push myself to do things I’ve never done before. Your wellness journey will ebb and flow with great HIGHS and great LOWS, but the in between is the place where you will find the balance that you are looking for. This week that passed, I went on a 5 Day Water Fast. I saw my emotions fly, my energies shift, while putting things back in alignment for me. I’m incredibly proud of myself for doing this and seeing the light on the other side of the dark tunnel. I didn’t do this for physical appearance; I did this for mental clarity and strength.
