In this episode, we get into the newest (and dumbest) YouTube feature: the Hype button… which quickly turns into a full-on roast of NFTs, fake value, and why anyone who “knows a lot” about NFTs might actually be the problem. Then we somehow end up debating advocacy vs. self-interest, whether it “counts” to fight for a cause you’re personally impacted by (spoiler: we argue both sides), and how the internet loves to weaponize “good intentions” like it’s a sport. And to close it out, we bring you a clip from our live Three’s Comedy Tour show at the Cain Center for the Arts — featuring a crowd-voted “Would You Rather” that immediately derails into chaos: Turn into a werewolf every night (9pm → sunrise)… with NO memory of what you do OR Turn into a chicken every time you lie (for 2 hours)… and yes, we debate flight capacity There’s yelling. There’s applause. There’s at least one “make him a chicken” moment. And somehow… a gay chicken is born.  Follow us on IG: Jordan Centry: @JordanCentry Jason Allen King: @KingJasonAllen Jonathan Williams: @MrWilliamsComedy  Don’t forget to subscribe, like, and if you’re feeling generous… hit that ridiculous Hype button.

The Zoning Out Podcast presented by The Comedy Zone is back — Jordan Centry, Jonathan Williams (@MrWilliamsComedy), and Jason Allen King. Jordan couldn't be here because he thinks he's better than Jason and Jonathan. Jason explains the funniest thing he does and even Jonathan agrees, which is saying something. They discuss clever, poignant sayings in the world and in the entertainment industry. Is saying rip inherently disrespectful. There is a new name for the next generation after GenZ. It's curious how the country likes to brand everything giving names to put things in a box, especially future generations. They break down GenX and generational challenger. And the sneaky business of the southern accent. The second segment dips into Mingo Mango Falls. You'll have to listen to understand. They touch on the Kevin Hart FunnyAF and whether we should say the AF or what they stand for. More importantly, they enjoy the roast of the Tony Hinchcliffe by Chelsea Handler. There are some comedy specials and comedians you have to watch like Maria Bamford. The roast, roast battles, and the diaper party. The guys finish up on a wildly weird Would You Rather followed by a touching discovery during a more grounded Would You Rather. These guys have multitudes. @jordancentry @mrwilliamscomedy @kingjasonallen  FOLLOW + SUBSCRIBE Subscribe for full episodes + clips, and follow us on IG for show updates.

Down with Data Centers

In this episode, Jordan & Jonathan are matching and lean into affirmations. They discuss The Boys and satire. The conversation quickly moves to the curious case of 4/20 and the number of historical events that have taken place on that date. What is the origin of four twenty? Most importantly the building of the Data Center in East Charlotte has been put on hold due to public outcry proving again that strength in numbers and your voice matters. Data Centers are bad news for everyone and the environment. Oh and they discussed funny things like partying in the woods and causing trouble growing up. And the Amy Pohler beef continues. In the second segment...Jonathan asks listeners to sign the petition. We do have power. Jonathan challenges Jordan with a "60 seconds on something you know nothing about". Jordan doesn't pull back on cheating. They guys move on to potential TV gigs, how to make it happen, and the wild Artemis II accomplishments and competency porn. Plus the cruel endings to some movies are too much. Finally, the News of the Weird does not disappoint.  Follow us on IG: Jordan Centry: @JordanCentry Jason Allen King: @KingJasonAllen Jonathan Williams: @MrWilliamsComedy Don’t forget to subscribe, like, and if you’re feeling generous… hit that ridiculous Hype button.

White Women Decided to Just Stay Bad

In this episode, the collective is back together. It's been a minute. They get into the value (or lack of) of good video when trying to get booked and what they/some actually use. The importance of finding your audience/your crowd. The guys dig into Coachella. They all commit to being a fan of Justin Bieber but also find his performance with a laptop, at best, curious. Cancel culture pops up again. The guys have a beef with @AmyPoehler who blatantly and without remorse stole an idea of from this very podcast known as 60 seconds on something you know nothing about. She refuses to speak on the matter. Well, Amy? What do you have to say? Crickets. Jordan presents Jonathan with a challenge of why white women will be the downfall of society. Jonathan struggles and provides the title for this week. Yikes.  In the second half, Jonathan makes a terrible mistake regarding a fake artist that sparks a conversation about music. He redeems himself by introducing the guys to Rosalia's iconic performance at a British awards show. Jordan admits that he doesn't like music when he doesn't understand the language. That sounds worse than it is. They finish with a local fight to stop the building of a Data Center in east Charlotte.   Follow us on IG: Jordan Centry: @JordanCentry Jason Allen King: @KingJasonAllen Jonathan Williams: @MrWilliamsComedy    Don’t forget to subscribe, like, and if you’re feeling generous… hit that ridiculous Hype button.
