Perimenopause, menopause and HRT

Perimenopause and menopause can feel confusing, overwhelming, and sometimes even isolating. In this episode of B Like U, I open up about my personal journey through the last four years of hormonal changes — from emotional outbursts and brain fog to night sweats and unexpected shifts in how I feel in my own body.   After sharing a recent post on social media, I was surprised by how many women reached out asking for guidance and support. Sometimes what looks like indifference is pain.   In this episode, I share a powerful story about a teacher and a little boy that reminds us of something we often forget  resentment is never justified when we don’t know the full story.   Behavior is often a reflection of hurt, not character.   One moment of compassion can change the entire direction of someone’s life.   Listen with an open heart.   Life is beautiful.
