Adjusting to Life

Morning Mantra: "You have one life. Fit as many versions of yourself into it as you can." Change is inevitable if you are learning and growing in life.  Which, to me, is the whole point. Some people fear change so much that they accept a life that is less than their dreams, less than their potential, less than they deserve. But what if we embrace change and adjust ourselves to meet the challenges?  You say, "But I'm not brave enough."  But what if being brave IS the challenge at that point of your life?  That would be a version of yourself that you had not met yet. What if that bravery could open the door to a dream you've had for a long time.  What have you got to lose but a version of yourself that is holding you back? Growing out of old versions that no longer fit you can be difficult because sometimes it requires us to let go of the life we thought we wanted.  Sometimes that includes people.  Sometimes it's places. Or a hobby or career. This is it.  Your one big, beautiful life.  Let your passion and dreams lead you to the life you love. Let Go of EGO

Check In With Yourself
