Season 5 Episode 198

Truth Matters — 3 John 1:4 In a world where truth is often treated as relative, this episode reminds us that truth is not determined by feelings, preferences, or popular opinion. 3 John 1:4 says: “I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth.” Walking in truth means allowing what is true to shape how we think, live, and make decisions. Christianity is not valuable merely because it brings comfort or makes us feel good. We follow Christ because we believe He is true. Feelings matter, but they are not always reliable. Truth may comfort us, but it may also correct, challenge, and convict us. We should care more about whether something is true than whether it is convenient or emotionally pleasing. Jesus declared, “I am the way and the truth and the life” (John 14:6). Our faith is therefore not built on emotion alone, but on the truth of who Jesus is, what He has done, and what God has revealed through His Word. In this episode, you will be encouraged to seek the truth, love the truth, submit to the truth, and walk in it every day. Key Scriptures: 3 John 1:4 John 14:6 John 17:17 John 8:32 Remember: you are loved, and you are never alone.

Season 5 Episode 197

In this episode of Meditations, we reflect on John’s warning not to love the world or the things in it. The “world” in this passage does not refer to people or God’s creation. It refers to a system of desires and values that opposes God. John identifies three major temptations: the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life. These temptations promise satisfaction, possessions, recognition, and pleasure, but they cannot give lasting fulfilment. Everything the world offers is temporary. Beauty fades, possessions lose their value, positions change, and human applause eventually becomes silent. But the person who does the will of God lives forever. This meditation challenges us to examine what has captured our hearts and to choose what is eternal over what is temporary. True fulfilment is not found in pleasure, possessions, status, or comparison. It is found in loving God, obeying His Word, and living according to His will. Key Scripture: 1 John 2:15–17 Key Thought: Do not build your life around things that are passing away. Build your life around God’s Word, God’s presence, God’s purpose, and God’s will. You are loved, and you are never alone.

Season 5 Episode 196

Eternal life is not something we earn through good works, religious activity, or personal effort. It is a gift from God, and that gift is found in Jesus Christ. In this episode of Meditations, we reflect on the powerful truth that whoever has the Son has life. Eternal life is not only about living forever; it is the life of God within us, a restored relationship with Him, and the assurance that comes from trusting in Christ. We are reminded that true life cannot be found in possessions, achievements, relationships, popularity, or human approval. These things may have value, but only Jesus can satisfy the deepest need of the human heart. For every believer struggling with doubt, this passage gives confidence: our salvation is not based on our feelings or our perfection, but on God’s promise and the finished work of Jesus Christ. Key Scripture: “And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life.” — 1 John 5:11–12 Listen, reflect, and be encouraged: because you have the Son, you have life. You are loved, and you are never alone. #Meditations #EternalLife #JesusChrist #1John5 #ChristianPodcast #Faith #Salvation #BibleMeditation

Season 5 Episode 195

In this episode of Meditations, we reflect on the powerful truth of 1 John 5:4: “For every child of God defeats this evil world, and we achieve this victory through our faith.” — 1 John 5:4 NLT Being a child of God does not mean that we will never face pressure, temptation, disappointment, fear, or difficult circumstances. It means that these things do not have the power to ultimately defeat us. Our victory is rooted in our identity as children of God and expressed through our faith in Him. Faith does not deny the reality of the battle. Faith believes that God is greater than whatever we are facing. It chooses to trust His character, His promises, and His power, even when the outcome is not yet visible. You may feel weak, overwhelmed, or uncertain today, but your circumstances are not greater than your God. Keep believing, keep obeying, and keep taking the next step of faith. You are a child of God, and through faith, you can overcome. Key Scripture: 1 John 5:4 NLT Reflection: What situation in your life do you need to face with renewed faith in God today? Remember: You are loved, you are valued, and you are never alone.
