"LET NOT YOUR HEARTS BE TROUBLED": 5th Sunday Easter Yr. A

Send us Fan Mail [https://www.buzzsprout.com/224168/fan_mail/new] This Sunday the readings invite us to reflect on our identity as a community of believers and the hope we have in Christ  In the first reading from the Acts of the Apostles we see the early church facing challenges as they grew. Appointing Deacons was response to ensure no one was neglected The 2nd reading from the letter of St Peter reminds that each of us with our gifts and talents are living stones vital in building a vibrant church  In the gospel from the Evangelist John, Jesus says He is the way, the truth and the Life and that He is going to His Father’s house to prepare a place for us.  Friends in Christ, at the heart of our faith is not only prayer and worship of God but also diaconia - service of our brothers and sisters. "THE SHEEP HEAR HIS VOICE": 4TH SUNDAY EASTER YR A 2026 (GOOD SHEPHERD SUNDAY)
