In this episode I'll be talking with Victoria Maskell who is amongst many amazing attributes the Money Mindset Coach - You can read more below and find Victoria at www.victoriamaskell.com Victoria has always thrived being around others and knew from an early age she wanted to be able to help people. She completed her degree in Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience at Nottingham University, graduating with a first class honours degree. From there she pursued a research degree at Durham University looking at the effect of stress and depression on mothers and their premature infants. Victoria is an experienced Psychology teacher having worked in the field for nearly 10 years with a detailed knowledge of all the A-level topics and trained with the former IAPH in hypno-analysis and is a member of the International Association for Evidence Based Psychotherapy (IAEBP). Victoria is a BWRT® (Brain Working Recursive Therapy) practitioner. BWRT® is an immensely effective technique that can often dissolve many mind-related problems almost instantaneously. There's actually nothing else like it in the world of therapy She also offers Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and other forms of Cognitive Therapy to suit the individual needs of her clients. Victoria has worked with people suffering from depression, anxieties, phobias, low self-esteem, borderline personality disorder, weight-related concerns, IBS and those lacking in confidence.
