The Walt Disney Company Nordic & Baltic launches a Danish edition of ABC News' No. 1 podcast "The Dropout" in collaboration with Podimo

The Danish version is narrated by the renowned journalist Cecilie Beck.

It is the first localized podcast by the Walt Disney Company to be launched in the Nordics.

Over the past year, 30 percent of Danes have listened to a podcast, and the majority prefer to listen to Danish. The podcast will be available through a subscription to Podimo.

The full season of the podcast launches ahead of the drama series "The Dropout" from Searchlight Television and Disney Television Studios '20th Television - part of ABC News' parent company, Disney - based on the ABC Audio podcast. In the series, Amanda Seyfried stars as Elizabeth Holmes, and Naveen Andrews plays Sunny Balwani. "The Dropout" is created by Liz Meriwether, who is also a producer, and premieres at Disney + on April 20 with the entire season at once.
