This podcast is my journey — the warning signs I missed, the lessons I learned the hard way, and the changes I've made to take control of my health. I'm not a doctor or an expert. I'm just a guy sharing what happened to me in the hope that it helps you avoid the same path. Despite everything, I'm still here and still excited about the future. This could be your wake-up call.
