Yerrrrppppp! This week, we have a simple two man fast break with Sco and Unc Dove as we discuss Men’s Mental Health Awareness. What is this importance of having people to vent? What are some ways to cope, whether physically or mentally? How important is it to be self aware? And just a cornucopia of topics a midst a great convo between brothers. Remember: life ain’t a linear process; you may take two steps forward, then 3 steps back. However, the goal is to keep stepping.  BROS

Davie, Brizz, and Sco catch up things from recent weeks, questions that make us wonder how well we know ourselves, a nonsense bucket list goal, and places we as grown grown adults can go to have fun.
