Learning about Atomic Habits

Hey y'all! It's been a minute but I'm so happy to be back! A lot has transpired over the past few months and I will catch you all up soon. I started reading Atomic Habits by James Clear and it has so many amazing nuggets of knowledge. If you haven't read it already, I highly recommend it.
