Episode 62- The Weight of It All — Why Life Feels So Overwhelming (and What to Do About It)

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed by the constant noise of life—the clutter in your home, the endless to-do lists, the mental load you carry every single day—you are not alone. In today’s episode, we’re talking about the very real, very human experience of living in a world that never slows down. A world filled with more things, more expectations, more stimulation… and less space to just be. This isn’t about “getting more organized” or “doing more.” It’s about understanding why your nervous system feels overloaded—and how to gently come back to a place of calm, clarity, and control. If your mind feels full, your home feels heavy, and your body feels like it can’t catch up… this episode is your permission to pause, reset, and breathe.

Episode 61- Stop Dimming Your Light — The Hidden Way We Abandon Ourselves

For years I thought I was healing an abandonment wound connected to the people in my life. But what I eventually discovered was something much deeper. The real wound wasn’t just that others had abandoned me… it was that I had been abandoning myself by dimming my light to make others comfortable. In this deeply personal episode, I share a lesson that has been unfolding for over two years through meditation, Reiki sessions, intuitive messages, and my own shadow work. We talk about the ways many of us — especially healers and sensitive souls — shrink parts of ourselves out of fear of rejection, judgment, or making others uncomfortable. But every time we silence our truth, hide our gifts, or make ourselves smaller… we disconnect from who we really are. This conversation dives into generational wounds, people-pleasing, and the deeper layers of abandonment that often live beneath the surface. I’ll also guide you through simple shadow work and reflection practices to help you recognize where you may be dimming your own light — and how to begin reclaiming it. Your light was never meant to be hidden. It was meant to illuminate.

Episode 60- You're Not Burned Out- You're Dysregulated

You don’t actually hate your life. You’re not incapable. And you’re not “just bad at handling stress.” You’re dysregulated. In this episode, we’re shifting the narrative around burnout and uncovering what’s really happening beneath the exhaustion, overwhelm, anxiety, hormone imbalance, and gut issues so many women are experiencing. When your nervous system is stuck in survival mode, your body can’t heal. It can’t balance hormones. It can’t digest properly. It can’t rest — even when you’re exhausted. We’ll talk about what dysregulation actually looks like, why so many high-functioning women are living in it, and how to start bringing your body back into safety without having to escape your life. If you’ve been feeling overstimulated, reactive, inflamed, or constantly “on”… this episode will help you understand why — and what to do next. It’s time to stop blaming yourself and start supporting your nervous system. Tips and tricks are shared in this episode but if you are looking for more support, reach out to me and lets do a session together. www.calendly.com/amindfulbliss [www.calendly.com/amindfulbliss] - to book a session www.amindfulbliss.com - [www.amindfulbliss.com] to look at products
